LA locals Dylan and Camden whisked their nearest and dearest to the iconic Reid’s Palace, a Belmond property on the island of Madeira. Perched on the Atlantic, this luxury hideaway in pink and sage green provided the vintage feel for a glitzy and glamorous celebration.

We held the welcome dinner outside the seventeenth century fort on property, where we styled a tropical themed cocktail party with bespoke mustard-hued linens and tropical centrepieces. Guests were serenaded by a Portuguese guitar duo while they feasted on local delicacies and overlooked the ocean.

The following day, their wedding ceremony was set under an ancient tree overlooking the cliffs and azure Atlantic waters. In keeping with the island feel, we styled the seating area with vintage wicker chairs rented from a local tea house. Then, we whisked the guests to the hotel ballroom, where we dressed the banquet table in a bespoke pink velvet tablecloth with art deco silverware and fine porcelain tableware for a Downton Abbey style dinner party featuring a live soul band for dinner and a DJ for the champagne-filled afterparty. The icing on top was the colourful, elegant stationery from Happy Menocal.
