What event planning services do you offer?

We provide a 360-service event planning and design for weddings. We also organise other special events, such as Birthday parties and Christenings. We have an extensive portfolio, and many events which we cannot show due to our clients privacy. This covers project management, production coordination and design.

We would just like to have event styling (table setting, florals and decor) Do you have this as a separate service?

We do, yes, it all depends on the brief. We have been commissioned to work on decor-only for private parties and interior design. We also understand the importance of good lighting, so our work covers lighting consultation too.

Who will be on-site from your team during the wedding?

We always have our core team, which is Jasmine, Marta our events Director, Paulo our logistics and production manager and Luis the production coordinator. We also bring in our extra staff who are highly trained and experienced for all the multiple events.

What makes your planning and design style unique?

We approach each wedding with an entirely clean design slate but use our expertise in planning to execute everything to exacting standards. Our eclectic but elegant style which is rooted in European heritage and with a touch of English whimsical design, is shown through all our events. We are absolutely dedicated in giving the best service and experience to our couples, so we only work on a select few events each year and never more than one per weekend.

Do you arrange meetings with the vendors involved in our wedding?

Yes, we carefully select the vendors we feel are the right fit and can have in-person meetings with them and the couple, or we can do this virtually.

Do you only plan weddings in Portugal?

We have held a destination wedding in Madrid, Spain and we have fostered some great vendor relationships there. With our combined language skills, country and vendor know-how, we can host a wedding in Spain or Southern Italy.

Do you offer an on the day coordination?

Sorry, we do not.

How much time in advance should we book you?

With the current pandemic, timelines are constantly changing, but we always aim for at least 12 months planning before the wedding day.

Do you offer any giveaways or Instagram or influencer collaborations?

Sorry, we do not.

How do your fees work?

Our pricing structure depends on the complexity of the work. We share all of this information with you on a call , within the proposal and the contract, so it is all very transparent. Our minimum requirement is 1500 euros per person, which does not include multi-day events.
