Our London-based client desired a 30th birthday party that would give his closest and dearest friends an unforgettable experience in Marrakech.

We planned a welcome dinner on the elegant rooftop of La Sultana, a luxury riad that overlooks the rooftops and city skyline, where the warm, balmy night greeted our stylish guests as they dined on sublime cuisine. We arranged custom-made artisanal candles as gifts, along with a welcome note exclusively designed by illustrator Fee Greening.

For the birthday celebration itself, guests were transported to the Agafay Desert for a remote desert party. After checking into their tented desert hotel, they were driven to a surprise location on a hilltop, where they were greeted by a large local dance troupe of fire breathers and belly dancers, and (surprise) camels. They sipped cocktails around the pool area and then danced their way up to the dining and lounge area.

Guests each received traditional Moroccan leather slippers so they could walk comfortably over the rocks and sand. With a bespoke table setting with custom emerald green plates, guests enjoyed fine dining and partied under the stars with a DJ serving as entertainment.
