We wanted guests to experience this incredible max We wanted guests to experience this incredible maximalist designed venue, which was adjacent to the beautiful church where the wedding celebration had been held. A kaleidoscope of colours, textures and contemporary African art, all so chic and tastefully curated with emerald green popping out from the floor (huge fans of these Moroccan tiles) it felt like stepping into a copy of Architectural Digest! The part boutique hotel part aristocratic private home, set the scene for an elegant evening of traditional Portuguese cuisine, Vinho Verde and dancing. The look and feel of this welcome dinner was curated using our signature mix of patterns in vintage tones with decorative passementerie! Guests were treated to an outdoor market style setting, with a lounge amongst the garden and farm tables filled with delicious food. For this wedding set on the grounds of a 19th cent For this wedding set on the grounds of a 19th century family countryside estate, our passion for layered patterns, fabrics and pastel colours was indulged 🩵 The pastoral toile print that we chose (we also made matching lampshades for a soft low lighting effect) gave a whimsical and sophisticated feel which intertwined well with the lush bucolic backdrop. It was no easy feat, outdoor weddings are picture perfect, but the behind the scenes are not as glamorous!
